Why I Built
This Program
I started Texit in 2025 after working with many clients who made the difficult — and deeply personal — decision to leave Austin and move to other states. I understood their reasons. I supported them wholeheartedly. And I wanted to do everything I could to make the process as seamless as possible.
Truthfully? I wish I could follow them. But my husband’s career is rooted in Austin, so this city is home for me. So instead, I’m doing the next best thing: making sure that when my clients leave, they leave well.

Up to $25,000 for Improvements and Moving Costs. Compass Concierge is a program offered through my brokerage that fronts up to $25,000 to cover home improvements, staging, and even moving services. The money is paid back at closing — no out-of-pocket expense upfront. Many of my past clients have used Concierge to maximize their sale price without dipping into savings.
